Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

In the unfortunate instances that you must cancel , we require as much advance notice as possible to both free up the equipment for another customer and also to ensure your deposit is available to be retained as a raincheck. 

We do require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE credit card deposit to secure your rental. ( Churches and Schools can still pay the deposit rolled into a rain check that will be held on file for one year from the date of cancellation.

If your event has been paid in full and cancelled within 48-hour window, the 25% deposit will be retained as  for rain check for 1 year and the balance will be refunded within 3 business days or you can choose to hold the entire amount on rain check when you give us a call.

Cancelling within 48 hours forfeits the deposit entirely and will not receive a rain check. 

If you cancel on the day of event, no rain check and refund will be strictly imposed. All future rentals will require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% to reserve as we require to pay our staff to load and to cancel on the same day has already incurred labor. 

There is no refund at any time for the administrative costs associated with securing insurance certificates for schools/parks/etc.

We arrive one to 5 hours before the event time will begin.We may need to set up much earlier if we have lots of rentals that day. we call at least 24  hours before your event to confirm someone will present at the event location.

We offer a 7% of your rental fee for some peace of mind when you rent our units so you dont have to worry of accidental damage. We will waive any unintentional damage that may happen to our equipment during your rentals, excluding INTENTIONAL damage or theft. 

Unintentional damages EXCLUDES : gum, paint, face paint, markers or pen, silly string, slices, cuts, punctures by sharp objects such as from animals, shoes or sharps and any damage caused by fireworks, cigarettes, firepits. repairs can average between $100-$500 for items covered by unintentional damage. MOVING THE UNIT WILL VOID THE DAMAGE WAIVER (RECOMMENDED)

We set up on grass, concrete and pavement. we NEVER set up on MUD.

For overnight or multiple day rentals, our policy is that if it’s a BACKYARD, we fully allow our units to be rented. Anything that is open like public parks, front yards or anything that poses risk of theft or damage, we will not accommodate your request for multiple day rentals and will need to be picked up the same day. 

We are open from 10am till 830pm mondays to sundays.
